TERMINATION BY BREACH OF CONTRACT
All parties agree that any payments that are to paid by reason of the contractual agreement that are no paid upon date due or if should violate any portion of this agreement, than any and all rights granted by this agreement and this contractual agreement shall be terminated. Upon conclusion, it shall be as though the contractual agreement had never been in existence and any and all rights or licenses granted under the agreement will be reverted to [Name of licensor] If the above is not applicable then the terms of the agreement will be in place for [Period of time].
